S. Michael Craven is a veteran of the U.S. Navy with over 35 years’ experience in both for-profit and no-profit executive leadership. Michael has been a corporate CEO of a large manufacturing company, CEO of large poverty alleviation ministry, and served on several non-profit boards. Michael currently serves as the Vice President & Dean of the Colson Fellows Program at the Colson Center.

Rhett Massengale, a veteran U.S. Navy SEAL, is the General Manager of Operations at Refined Technologies, Inc. He is pursuing an MBA at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and brings valuable experience from the non-profit sector and multiple successful start-up ventures. Rhett is committed to leading his family and contributing to others' success, aiming to impact the world positively.
